Reegan and school

Ms. Reegan LOVES going to school. She attends The Montessori Learning Center in Lindon. Her teacher is Ms. Charity. Reegan started out going 3 days a week from 9am-12:15pm. I thought I'd see how that worked out and how she did. Well, after the very first day she attended it was a wave a kiss and a bye mom each and every time. I could tell instantly that she was going to thrive there, and thrive she has. She is now going 5 days a week in the mornings from 9-12:15. She smiles and walks in to class ready to learn and loving her little class of 10 kids
& 2 great teachers.

Sand Time

I got the kids this amazing sand stuff that stays together and feels awesome when your running your hands through it. It kinda clumps together and doesn't make THAT big of a mess.

We picked up one for Beckham and one for Reegan just because I didn't want any fighting (& by fighting I mean Reegan throwing a fit)

I just grabbed them each a container to keep the sand in and then some gadgets around the kitchen. THEY LOVED IT! It definitely kept them entertained and was a great sensory item for Beckham. He made castles and used cups to stack sand from one cup to another. Reegan had a blast running her hands through it and watching the shapes after she lifted the cup, or cookie cutter.
Easy clean up and put away for next time.

Love Anthony

I just finished THE best book ever. I've never been much of a reader. I don't really have a particular style or series of books I am interested in or keep my attention. I wish that weren't the case and I wish I could relax more and enjoy a good book. With that being said, I can finally say I DID IT! This book LOVE ANTHONY was such a great book. I enjoyed everything about it. There were so many things I could relate to, could understand, needed to learn & hear.
I can honestly say it has blessed my life and my outlook.

Happy 20th Lindsay Arlene

Today is Lindsay's 20th Birthday! TWENTY years old! I can not believe how fast the last 20 years has gone. I can remember like it was yesterday, the week I brought her home. My life changed and has never ever been the same since the day I became a mother.
Lindsay has so much going for her. She's made some amazing choices and some hard decisions in an effort to try and better herself and her life. She's 20 now, and I guess that just comes with the territory.
Happy Happy 20th Birthday Lindsay. I hope this is by far your best year ever!

A Colorful Sunday

So the kids got a coloring book today and some WASHABLE crayons. Reegan has eaten 2 crayons and Beckham has used the table for a canvas.
